Process
Introduction
Every project begins with a meaningful conversation. During the introduction, our interior designer listens closely to your wishes, expectations, and style preferences. We also discuss timing and budget to ensure we're aligned from the start. This meeting may include a site visit to gain deeper insight into the project. The first step is taken.
Measurements
No plans available yet? We’ll visit the site to take professional measurements. You’ll receive a quote beforehand to avoid misunderstandings, after which we’ll create a detailed technical plan. Count on about two to three weeks for this process.
Already have existing plans that meet our requirements? We'll make sure those are digitally processed.
Layout & floor plan
With your input, our interior designer begins the first draft. We map out the full layout and draw up the plan.
This phase forms the backbone of the design and sets the direction for the rest of the project.
Visualization
To bring the design to life, our interior designer creates a realistic 3D model of the space.
We generate vivid visualizations that make the atmosphere and materials tangible. This way, you can get a feel for the future space even before work begins.
Mood board & style
We make the mood of your project visible and tangible. Using mood boards and carefully selected samples, our designer brings the concept to life.
We present everything to you, listen to your feedback, and make adjustments where needed. Our goal? A complete experience that feels just right, down to the smallest detail.
Technical plan
Now the design dives deeper. Our interior designer develops all technical plans: detailed floor layouts, elevations, sections, and installations. We also finalize lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, and material choices.
Everything is meticulously aligned so the execution can proceed flawlessly.
Development & quote
We take the time to clearly go over everything with you. Each plan, material choice, and technical detail is reviewed. If needed, we arrange showroom visits so you can experience everything in person. Together, we make sure everything is set before construction begins.
Planning & start of site works
Our designer requests quotes from specialized contractors and thoroughly compares them. Site visits are planned if needed so all partners fully understand what’s expected. This ensures quality and transparency throughout the execution phase.
Once planning is finalized, construction begins. Our designer remains your dedicated contact person and is present on-site weekly. You’ll receive a clear weekly progress report, keeping you fully informed without needing to oversee everything yourself.
