Located in a unique setting - less than 100 meters from the beach - is this penthouse. The original layout of the property was dull and outdated, necessitating a complete renovation.
Both technical expertise and timing were central to this project.
A notable feature is the seamlessly flowing terra floor, elegantly enveloping not only the floors but also the staircase.
The green concrete kitchen and cabinets with brushed Larix veneer add a distinctive and contemporary Scandinavian touch to the overall design. This is the characteristic signature of architectural firm Atelier 10.8.
In addition to delivering this high-quality design, our biggest challenge was adhering to a tight schedule. The coastal municipalities have strict building regulations that limit construction during the tourist season. The renovation commenced in January and was successfully completed on June 30th.
