KOFFIEMAKERS, nestled in the heart of Langemark, West Flanders, is a renowned coffee roastery with a rich history dating back to 1947. With a strong commitment to quality and artisanal craftsmanship, they oversee every step of the production process, from sourcing the finest coffee beans to packaging and direct sales to consumers.

Despite their rich heritage and commitment to quality, the interior of their Roeselare shop failed to embody the essence of the stand for. It lacked the inviting ambiance, cozy atmosphere, and accessibility that are integral to the brand experience. Recognizing the necessity for change, the business owners approached Promanys to rejuvenate their coffee shop. The primary objective was to infuse the space with a sense of warmth and approachability. Adding to the challenge was the need to minimize the duration of the closure period to the absolute minimum.

Central to the design was the creation of a modular shelving system, to showcase the diverse range of coffee products offered by Koffiemakers. Each module was thoughtfully designed with plexiglass compartments, allowing customers to easily discern between different types and flavors of coffee.

Beyond showcasing their coffee blends, the redesign incorporated dedicated displays for coffee machines and accessories. Sleek and functional racks were introduced to elegantly showcase the machines, all of which are demo versions available for customers to test in-store.
Furthermore, the choice of oak veneer adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to the interior, creating an inviting atmosphere that resonates with customers.

At the heart of the shop, organic display furniture, harmonizing with the brand's color palette, serves as a striking focal point. The fluid, organic shapes pay homage to the coffee bean, the cornerstone of Koffiemakers' offerings.

To evoke a sense of homeliness, a cozy seating area was integrated at the rear of the shop, inviting customers to unwind and savor their coffee in comfort. Here, the brand's signature green hues adorn the seat cushions, reinforcing brand identity throughout the space.

The renovation of this shop was completed within an exceptionally short timeframe of only 4 weeks, spanning from the initial stripping phase to the final delivery. For the client, this translated to a minimal interruption to their business operations.
